- If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, photo evidence is required for verification.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

- Sale items, custom-made, or personalized products (unless they have a quality defect).
3. How to Return an Item

- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Restocking Fee
